Designed for a couple relocating from New Zealand, this elegant home balances privacy with a strong connection to the outdoors.

Textured natural materials create a warm, tactile quality throughout, while generous voids and skylights draw sunlight deep into the interior. Seamless indoor–outdoor transitions blur the line between living spaces and the surrounding landscape, which features native planting for a distinctly local character.

A rooftop garden adds both greenery and thermal mass, helping to keep the home naturally cool during the summer months.
