We believe that design input at an early stage can add a huge amount of value and direction for each project and have many clients who are relieved they made contact with us early on in the design process to see the best value achieved for their project.
Below is a brief description of the key services we offer.
DESIGN
Starting with a review of the site and planning conditions (council rules) we will make early recommendations with regard to how best optimise your project to take full advantage of the opportunities of the site. Our concepts provide full 3D modelling of you project to ensure you understand the design and allows for the brief and budget to be considered early on the process.
DOCUMENTATION
After key project objectives and budgets are aligned we will arrange for the necessary submissions to council and prepare detailed documents to guide construction expectations. These documents are also crucial in calling for prices from the building industry and allow for fair pricing and the best contractor to be selected for the project.
CONSTRUCTION
During construction we will be on hand to guide the contractor and aid in communication between the client, builder and consultants. Our assistance at this stage are invaluable in guiding the project forward, seeing the quality, time frames and performance for the project delivered as expected.
